"Was not pleased mainly after I made reservations mostly because the pool after getting there the pool was not there the. Real fast was not good it was awful the waffle maker did not work right the juice was old and nasty I do suggest this place beds were hard room smelled of cigarettes"

"The rooms smelled like mildew and mold. They were stuffy, and the walls are paper-thin. I heard my neighbor snoring all night. I arrived on Friday. I had 2 rooms booked, both with king beds. They only gave me one king bed, and the hotel was then booked solid. Saturday, when I came back from being gone all day, my room was not cleaned."

My room was spacious, comfortable, and stocked with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to get around the area. Overall, the hotel provided excellent value, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Palestine."
