"We booked this solely for the fact it had air conditioning and the reviews said how good it was, yet the air con was broken. Both rooms ended up calling reception for help in the middle of the night because we couldn’t sleep the rooms were so warm. We were told the system had been reset and it would come on within 10 minutes but it didn’t.
If the air con had been working it would have been great but as it was none of us slept so we wish we’d gone with a different hotel."
