"Centre of town next to cathedral fantastic location. Great tapas bar underneath and in san Juan or 3 minutes walk to calle del Laurel. Comfy bed, slept great and had a lazy day just going to Navarrete. My second stay here and the staff are great. Easy to book easy to get in at 2.15pm when I arrived and easy to leave on my lazy day at 10:45 feeling pampered after the albergue world of the Camino. I'd come here when I wasn't on Camino. Great value."

"Localisation ⭐️ À distance de marche des rues principales avec restaurants et attractions, mais situé dans un secteur plus tranquille. La station de train est à une dizaine de minutes à pied, idéale pour visiter les villes environnantes. Membres de l’établissement ⭐️ self check-in avec une machine. Pas nécessairement facile, je suggère d’envoyer à l’avance des instructions aux clients pour faciliter le processus. Un couple de personnes âgées est arrivé avant nous et ont trouvé le processus d’enregistrement difficile. Ils ont dû contacter le service client pour terminer le processus. Nous n’avons vu personne au comptoir de réception durant notre séjour. Par contre, les femmes de ménage sont accommodantes si vous avez besoin de toiletterie. Confort de la chambre ⭐️ ⭐️ Très grande et belle chambre, rénovée récemment. Bonne insonorisation de l’immeuble, le grand lit est confortable et les rideaux sont assez opaque. Seul point négatif, lorsque nous quittons la chambre, le thermostat se remet automatiquement à 26 degrés. La chambre est alors plus chaude que souhaitée au retour. Inclusion ⭐️ On retrouve le nécessaire pour cuisiner et manger dans le logement. Un ensemble est fournit avec une pastille pour le lave-vaisselle ainsi qu’une pastille pour utiliser la machine à laver, qui se trouve au sous-sol. Note finale 5 ⭐️ Note parfaite, logement merveilleux et bonne base pour visiter la ville ainsi que les environs. "

"Spotless clean, bar and food available as well as petrol station with shop. Place to exercise dogs and big car park. Close to main highway and staff all helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service approach with emails prior to visit asking if they can help you in any way and a welcome message in my room written on bathroom mirror. Real value for money experience and if I could give feedback on 2 things I would improve. Put a toilet brush in bathroom as we may need to attend to marks in the toilet before maid cleans room. It stops embarrassment and better for your staff. The bed mattress was not comfy for me as I have an aging skeleton and after a week of aching was glad to return to my own bed. I appreciate everyone has a preference about beds but it was adequate. Very impressed with the staff training and the whole experience so well done management for putting customers first, it was appreciated"
