"Loved this hotel. The staff were awesome - especially Anh who recommended great places to eat and visit in Hanoi and other places. Also Henry was very helpful and accommodating. The rooftop bar was awesome - we went up 3 times even when we were staying at another hotel the following week."

"The staff Anna and Da were very nice people. The hotel is old and has molds but is being covered with scents that gave me a headache. The room we were given was on second floor though my priorities are always higher floor, thus it was very nice at night and early morning. Our sleep was interrupted. The breakfast was good but same choices everyday."

"I have to give the staff a round of applause for going out of their way. First, I was greeted outside the car from the airport with an umbrella, half a block away from the hotel. Second of all, I forgot a valuable in the safety box and something else outside, and they gladly shipped it to my next hotel in a a different city. Great work! "
