"This is one of the most affordable places to stay in Anchorage - so if you need to crash for a night after a long flight, it is serviceable. The property is very rough, lots of holes in the wall, broken items in the bathroom, cigarette burns on the sheets, and not really maintained very well at all. If you have any allergies or sensitives - avoid. The rooms do not have A/C but ours did have an old fan we cold put in the window. If you are thinking this will be like a lower 48 Hampton Inn or Comfort Inn, guess again, its several steps down from that. We did have a fine stay though - we were pretty beat and needed the rest and the staff is very nice."
