simply worst ever! shabby environment, stained everywhere, mold restroom and windows, noise rooms! and cost 180$/night, how could this inn survive!?

This hotel should not be allowed to operate. Our room was absolutely filthy with cigarette burn marks on the under bedding. There was unknown substances on the walls and windows. We booked for two nights only to be told that they had overbooked the room we were set to stay in and would have to wait for the manager in the morning to fix it. This made us have to cancel plans. In the morning when he talked to the manager he was incredibly rude stating “I’m the manager” which let us know that he actually did not care about our situation. He informed us we would have to move rooms because a 4 night reservation was set to check into our room that day. He was unwilling to work together to find a solution to their blatant error. We checked out that morning and cancelled our second night. The hotel proceeded to charge us for a second night anyway. Do not waste your time or money at this place. I frequently stay at budget hotels knowing it may not be the most clean or luxurious. However, this place was not worth the rudeness from the manager or putting my life at risk as there were many homeless people hanging out on and around the property.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. Broken light fixtures, no shampoo or soap in the bathroom, shower knob was broken, TV missing remote, holes in walls and doors, no deadbolt, door did not lock properly, window lacked a screen, and burn holes visible on the bedsheets. There was barbed razor wire outside our window, I guess to keep people from climbing in? Lots of strange people wandering outside. I felt very unsafe here.

Felt VERY unsafe. No key for room, had to ask front desk staff to let us into room each time. Bad part of town. Facility very run down. Nothing like the photos online. We went and got a room in another hotel, even knowing we would lose the money we'd paid for this hotel! Would not stay there even one night!

Although the room was tidy, it was small, noisy and hot. Someone had locked a dog in the room next door and it was scratching and whining for about an hour to get out. The internet did not work from our room and we had to walk down the corridor to access it. The staff were nonchalent.

Location was excellent. If I were in a self contained camper it would be a fine place to stay.. we were in the hotel. Room was clean, however the refrigerator stopped working, the tub had a continual leak and they may have tried to fix it as evidenced by the wallboard cut out and not reattached to the wall where the fixtures were. bed linens were clean and cute, but the walls looked very scratched and stained. The door was really hard to lock and unlock from the outside. We spoke to management three times during our two day stay to get support for no soap, poor door lock and needing more towels at the start of our stay. Each time the response was “the owners are in transition to updating that”.

The place is a bit shady and a bit old school, our rooms didn't had good lighting, it was dark and hence a bit scary to spend the night. We stayed for a night so we managed it somehow.

The property was terrible, very dirty lots of crackheads surrounding the property. Staff was smoking in the office. We were not allowed a key to our room. The front desk clerk was the only one with a key. The room was grossly dirty, there were holes in the walls. Overall wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Quite frankly I am appalled Expedia has this facility on their site.

One of the more basic places I’ve stayed. Anchorage can get expensive, so if you're just looking for a place to crash and everything else is booked, it might work in a pinch. Just manage your expectations — the rooms are dated and could use some attention. Staff was fine, but overall not a place I’d go out of my way to return to.

I wish we had rented a car so we could have slept in that instead. The photos on the advertisement are clearly old. It’s really too bad I can’t include the ones I took here. The walls were filthy, and full of holes from previous attachments. The pillows were desperately in need of replacement, the bedding however, seemed to be brand new and not laundered. The roll up shade was broken, and filthy. There were no fans in the room, so we had to keep the window open. The person staying next to us played music loudly all night and sang along in a terrible karaoke style intermittently all night as well. There were loud folks in the parking lot all night long and were heard a gun shot too. Choose some where else to stay.

Bed, shower, towels everything we needed for a night. Pipes under the sink was held together with duct tape, some mildew and BO smell on the shower curtain. Doors were slamming and people talked loudly in the middle of the night, so not much sleep. It was also stuffy in there but road noise and people noise kept us awake with or without the windows opened or closed.

When I made my reservation I told them I needed a handicap wheelchair acces got to the room there was a 10-in high step to enter the room not wheelchair accessible I would not recommend this place to anyone.sible room. They did not respond. My fault for not following up. Get to the hotel it was in no way shape or form handicap accessible. They had a horrible ramp they went to a door that was locked all the time no one had a code to. When we got to the room there was a 10-in step to enter the room. Once in the room the wheelchair would not fit into the bathroom. I would not recommend this place too anyone that in any way shape or form needed handicap access.

The check in person went out of her way to accommodate my requests. In the first room the TV didn’t work, so she moved me to another room. Appreciated her patience and understanding.
