"Room was clean and comfortable. But when we walked into our room, the smoke smell was strong. I had to go ask for changing a room. The staff at front told me the smoke smell had been treated and the hotel was full so no way to change. But next morning when we checked out, I specifically asked if the hotel was full. The answer was no. Actually, it was very empty. So this is the first time I gave a negative comment. Thanks!"
