"Great location. The place is clean and well maintained. They had complementary water, which was really nice. The room was small, especially the bathroom. You need to be petite to fit in any. Our room was located on the part where there was no elevator so we had to carry luggage on a spiral stairs. They told us that they will help carry it down when checking out but it wasn’t the case though. We had to carry them down ourselves. We have to say they Rick was extremely helpful and welcoming. He was knowledgeable too. I would stay there again but choose a different room."

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. The air conditioning was adequate. They have a cleaning system which was eco friendly. If you didn’t want your room cleaned daily they gave you a free drink at the bar restaurant. The burgers there were delicious. I am not sure how I felt about this system as a couple of times I left garbage in a bag and it was not removed. The hotel is in an excellent location to the museums, shopping and restaurants. I was in walking distance to mostly every place I went. That being said I still found it to be fairly peaceful and quiet, I would absolutely stay here again."

"The room was OK, nothing more. There was no writing desk, no real chair, a tiny bathroom sink, a slippery-floored shower, and no drawers into which to put clothes. One large empty closet space was all there was for storage. Windows were high and small and provided little light. The hotel location is excellent, and this is the true reason for a good review."
