Hotel murah di Ampuis

"we arrived late (10pm). The recpetion was closed and we have not been contacted. We called the hotel and one person has replied: quiet agressive and not relaxed, more focus on telling us "we did not respect the time to arrive...". No light at the reception, and the way to indicate us where to find the keys was not pleasant..."

"The location in the Saint Paul area of the historic old town in Lyon was terrific. We had a room on the 6th floor and from our small balcony you had a wonderful view of the old town and the Basilica Notre-Dame de Fouviere. The reception staff were helpful and spoke good English too. The only negative we found was the shower over the bath and no anti slip mat in the bath - as we are both retired we thought people with mobility issues would have much trouble using this shower. "Hotel itself is beautiful. Pool and amenities as advertised. Staff are well trained, professional, and very friendly. The room fit and fondue do not reflect the price - layouts are quite strange, ie. no sink on the same floor as the toilet and shower. And Bring your own mattress because the beds are exceptionally uncomfortable. Location would be the main reason to stay "

"I think this is a refurbished hostel. I could be wrong but it gives me hostel type of vibes. Just walking up the steps squeaking hostel hostel. However the room was quite clean. Staff was welcoming. What's up with the heating? That nor the AC didn't seem to work. Where is the sound proofing? Honestly, the location is awesome, like very awesome but that alone should not drive the price."
