"This has been a go-to stay for years due to comfort, cleanliness and great value. But now prices are suddenly more in line with other area hotels so it looks like the great bargain days are over. Still a great location with access to Boston and the White Mountains of NH"

"I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the unclean room. Hairs on the bathroom floor, dust bunnies in the corners and dust. Such a bad experience. We stayed over Memorial Day Weekend so the room came at a premium, but that was not reflected in the value."
