"The window on our room was not closing well, screen was missing . We reported it right away, but was not not fixed. They also did not not inform us that rooms are cleaned every three days (based on the day you check in), but the front desk person was very accommodating and gave us fresh towels and water bottles. Other than that, if you request for a room facing out to the front you’ll really get a nice view (highway included of course haha!)."

"The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. We stayed for 8 nights and on day 5 (we had not wanted it cleaned before then) I requested they clean our room and was told it couldn't be done that day because they hadn't planned on it. So it got cleaned the next day, as I was on the "schedule". The lady that checked me in was very nice and helpful though. Breakfast was good, but it is the exact same thing everyday."

"They claim they provide breakfast but that was misleading. They provided coffee and nutrigrain bars or packaged muffins. You can hardly call that breakfast."

"You have to ask for maid service in my experience. My room had a torn desk chair. The hotel WiFi connection was not reliable or explained in the in-room literature. Don’t believe the wheelchair accessible statements apply to the whole hotel. They don’t! Michelle was their savior for me"

"As soon as I walked in the room smelled stale. The bathroom was full of mold and paint was damaged everywhere. The towels were very old and damaged. The sleeping area was not much better. The bed covers smelled old and had a couple of bugs on it. The wallpaper was coming off the wall. Overall I will never stay at a Fairfield hotel again."
