"Make sure to get the room in a new tower. Those are recently remodeled and very nice and clean! Pool was out due to construction, which is a bummer, but I’m glad they’re remodeling more."

"The elevators were down so had to take luggage up to 4th floor. The stairwells are not air conditioned and the 4th floor smelled like cooked cabbage. Opened the room and it smelled like dirty bedding. The staff was all VERY friendly. No gluten free safe food options."

"This is a really nice place to stay it has a great pool area that also has a hot tub, sauna, and steam room. There is free breakfast I only grabbed cereal and OJ but there is waffles and sausage too. The reason I give it 4/5 is that the water temperature was not consistent and showers were a bit too cold and the room smelt like strong cigarettes. Other than that there was nothing wrong with our stay."

I did not look at the bedding that was turned down and the linen was misty smelling and to find the coverlets were very dirty on he top edges that you pull up. I told one of the cleaning ladies about it and she told me she would tell the cleaning lady for the first floor when she arrived.
