"Loved our stay here! The hotel is new, stylish, and ideally located. The rooftop pool is gorgeous, and the spa is excellent. Housekeeping did a fabulous job every day. Breakfast was also very good, with fresh and tasty options. For guests staying several days, however, a bit more variety and rotation in the breakfast offerings would make the experience even better. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return."
"Nice property. Beautiful grounds. I struggle with the access to the hotel and the coordination with airport transfer. I would have been better off using Uber for the airport transfer as the driver was not at the airport when I arrived and I had to wait 20 minutes and was uncertain if anyone would
Even show. No response from their what’s app. It was late at night but that is why I prearranged the transfer. Also late at night returning to hotel you have to wake them up which then makes you feel like you are inconveniencing the staff. I ended up waiting for several minutes ringing bell outside of hotel until I was let in. I hope they can improve this system, or just have a night person who stays awake at desk. I also checked out and no one was there to take the key so I just had to leave it at the desk. This is probably better for people who only leave the hotel from 8am - 8pm or so."
"I got there early and they were able to check me in an hour early so that was very helpful since I booked a city tour in the afternoon and I just had enough time to dropped off my luggages in my room, change and go!"
"Beautiful location in Barranco close to the coast walk, all the staff were beautiful and super helpful with any questions or suggestions. Even when we arrived at 1am. The room had everything we could need (great towels!). Breakfast was great too. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Lima."
