"Room has large kitchen, great walk-in shower, study, bedroom. Parking was a breeze. It is a short walk to downtown areas of Toluca. Breakfast was served to the room - great Mexican fruit cake and a nice pot of coffee. Really great."

"The hotel was great, the check in however was quite poor because we arrived early morning and the check in was strictly at 3pm which wasn't good because we had to wait long hours to get checked in on top of the flight we just had. "

"It's beautiful, and the staff are highly qualified to make your stay the best one, even if they have to add extra hours to their busy schedules. I appreciated their flexibility in letting me use an area for stretching, which the hotel doesn't have, or a fitness room, but there are open spaces. Thank you and I will recommend this best-kept jewel!"
