"Leading up to our stay, the one staff person that was incredibly helpful and polite was the woman at the front desk. Beyond that I would not recommend this place. Resort is quite the over-sell. "Excellent location, views and staff but lets be clear about something- IT IS NOT A PRIVATE VILLA! On the 2nd night other guests had to pass by our “private balcony suite” to access their suite. We brought this up to the owner and all he offered was that we could leave… we contacted Expedia as well and even they could not bet the owner to budge or even offer explanation. If it had been advertised as shared space then that would be ok but it wasnt! "
