"Comfortable stay and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They reached out to me ahead of time to provide location details and find out our arrival time. The hotel is around 200? steps down from the road. After finding out that we were driving there they gave me some options. We could either park it with them but would not have easy access since it’s not stored onsite or park on the narrow street. We parked on the street. A staff member greeted us by the road and helped get our heaviest pieces of luggage’s down the stairs. "

The views from our room were stunning — waking up to the sea and the sound of waves was unforgettable. The staff was kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel itself has a classic charm — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a lovely terrace and private beach area that felt like a hidden gem. If you’re looking for a place that balances relaxation and convenience, with true Amalfi character, Hotel Aurora is it. We’d absolutely stay again."

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The receptionists were friendly and professional, and the valet team went above and beyond—especially when they helped us refuel our electric car. There were no EV charging stations nearby, so they made a special effort to ensure our car was fully charged and ready for us. That level of service truly stood out. The food at the hotel was another highlight. Every meal we had was delicious, with amazing flavors and top-notch service throughout our stay. The only drawback, and the reason I’m giving four point five stars instead of five, was the size of the room. It was quite small, and while I understand this is due to the building’s age and historic charm, it did feel a bit cramped. That said, everything else was excellent, and I would definitely return. Next time, I’ll make sure to request a larger room to make the experience even better! "
