"Area is quiet. Room was huge, clean and really comfortable for our family. Close to high end shopping. Walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Supermart and supermarket nearby. Good breakfast spread at the hotel. Front desk staff are very helpful with recommendations and any tour reservations. Train stop within walking distance. Lisbon has a LOT OF HILLS. The only issue I had with the room was an foul odor that we couldnt figure out where it was coming from. The apartment was in a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants and many things to do."

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
