"There is no front desk at this hotel, and more importantly, no cleaning service—something that was never disclosed anywhere before or during booking. Because of this, our family used all four towels on the first night, assuming housekeeping would refresh them the next day.
When no one came, I contacted the hotel through WhatsApp to ask where I could get clean towels. They did not respond that day. The next morning, I finally received this message:

"Modern concept, but poor communication and disappointing value
The property has a modern, attractive design and a good self-service concept, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing.
The biggest issue was communication. Everything is handled through WhatsApp, and responses to questions and concerns often took far too long. When you're traveling with a family and need assistance, waiting hours for a response is frustrating.

"The apartment was nice. It’s quite a walk from the centre of Salzburg but a nice walk along the river. Unfortunately the electrical equipment provided was unsafe and the hairdryer exploded whilst I was using it with lots of smoke. I reported this but the staff didn’t seem particularly bothered. I’m glad it was an adult using the hairdryer and not a child. I wouldn’t recommend for this reason. I think that all electrical equipment within the complex should be reassessed for safety."
