"It was very inconvenient to get to the hotel because cars couldn’t get there being very narrow with the road. Reception was excellent, the room was very spacious. The shower was weak. The worst was the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hard boiled eggs were cold, taken out of the freezer and 2-3 days old where the yolks were very dark green. Yuck. All the pastries and pound cakes were not fresh and hard. Nothing is fresh and they charge you for the juices. Bad experience....

"We had to make a last minute change to this property from one we had in San Gimignano, and we are delighted that it worked out that way. The property is super relaxing and the staff made our stay memorable. The owner/on-site chef made a fabulous 3 course meal for dinner, plus dessert, and breakfast was simply perfect If you do not have a car and anticipate hiring a taxi, I advise that you set up the taxi in advance and the owners will be happy to provide a number for you. "Quite possibly the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. It was two twin boxsprings pushed together with very flat pillows. It was like sleeping on plywood. There was alot of street noise plus the windows were very dirty. Breakfast was good. Overall, not worth the money."

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We loved the property grounds and the view of Orvieto. The staff were welcoming and super helpful. During our stay the wifi was not good and hardly accessible, which was frustrating. The posting lists laundry facilities, which we assumed was accessible for guests to use on property, however, it was a service in which we gave our laundry to be cleaned and then ended up paying 25 euros and took over 36 hours to be returned.
