"Excellent customer service! We did some research about the area and knew it would be cold at night with limited heat, so we packed accordingly. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was great! We liked the fact that we had a safe place to stay without having to rush the trip and try to see everything in one day. Did Tiwanaku and museums on day one and Puma Punku on day two. "Stunning views. Great architecture. Place full with cute corners and views of the salar. Great spa with a hot tub you can book. Fun game room. VERY distant from town (30 min) on an unpaved road, with no lighting and hotel has no shuttle service into town. Rooms are super nice, with great views, but there are no closets or shelves to place clothes or belongings. Overall, a very good place to stay, where you can relax and walk to the salar, yet be aware that it’s not convenient if you want to...
