"We stayed for one night to celebrate my birthday. The staff at the front desk wasn’t the most friendly. The property was beautiful. There was a lake to walk around, hammocks to lounge in, little shops, and a few cafes. The spa, hot tubs and pool area were very nice and relaxing. We got breakfast at the property cafe and ate outside in front of the lake which was beautiful! The room was large, quiet and had a huge floor to ceiling window with an amazing view of the pool and mountains, a mini fridge, table and 2 chairs, large tv, robes, coffees, water, comfortable bed, lots of pillows, plenty of toiletries, and everything you need. The only issue we had was that the room did not have air conditioning and it was hot all night in our room. The property really should consider investing in cooling units because this affected our sleep considerably as well as our overall experience unfortunately. Other than that, we had a great time and will definitely return!"

"Nice place in good location. Lack of food options, breakfast only available until 9 and bar doesn’t open until 330 but you can use their mobile food delivery I suppose. Trying to get ahold of a person instead of a robot by phone is impossible! But .. staff very friendly"

"Not many places to eat outside of 24/7, Chop House and Mariposa. The first restaurant 24/7 is ok but pricey for the quality of food. The Chop House is expensive and we didn’t take the proper attire. Mariposa was expensive for the quality of food. Need more places to dine and more entertainment"

"My only disappointment was that the cabin we were assigned had no electricity. To be fair, the website did say the rustic cabins have no electricity, but I missed that - that is on me. Nonetheless, it was comfortable and they provided some battery operated replica lamps that provided a soft lighting. The staff was friendly. Things were reasonably clean. I noticed a few things here and there that could have been better maintained, particularly in the bathroom."
