Hotel Dekat Alps Mountain

"We love it here!"

"The staff and property were amazing"

"I had a hard time checking in late. The number listed on Expedia didn’t work. The property manager/owner isn’t onsite in the evening. Another person staying helped me get checked in. It was difficult to tell where the entrance was. It wasn’t lit up. The room we had was so cute. The property owner was nice when we net him and helpful. The breakfast was amazing!!"

"Everything was great the staff was amazing, the little breakfast bar was needed on some days, and the hot tub was excellent!!!"

"The bathroom toilet kept running even when jiggling the handle, informed hotel staff and they said they would let maintenance know. Hair in the sheets, and in the shower, had soap in the shower from the guest previous to us. One of the elevators were broke the entire time, which was ok, we took the stairs mostly but when your on the 9th floor it can be hard for older guests. Fridge in the room didn’t work, so we just used ice from the vending area."

"Dangerous step up into the room ice all the way down at main lobby lots of stairs to get there clean room staff great breakfast lady 30 minutes late hot tub looked good but didn’t use"

"Super clean and helpful staff, incredible town. Will be back"

"Good clean air clean room"

"Parking garage elevators were broken. Not handicapped, friendly at all throughout the whole facility. The was post to be a king with a large tub i must be used to California king. Because that was no king's size bed. In fact, it felt like it was more like a california queen i'm a tub, was a complete letdown."

"staff was extremely helpful and gave great insights for our stay. check in & check out were very easy"

"Very nice room and very kind staff."

"The listing said free firewood but they charge for it. They also said that the cabin had bedsheets included and it did not. The economy cabins do not have electricity and they provided 2 electric lanterns but I would recommend bringing your own as well. But our family had an enjoyable weekend there!"
