A great place to stay if you want to walk to downtown Manitou Springs or to the starting line for the Pike's Peak Ascent or Pike's Peak Marathon. Good on site laundry and ice machine. Nice breakfast room for meeting people. Pretty good breakfast, too. Phil

A good choice for Idaho Springs. Not really any parking with a trailer. Get a room that is NOT bordering the street. Road noise. Very clean and good staff.

The H&H Motor Lodge in Idaho Springs is very comfortable, clean, and reasonably priced. My only criticism is that the evening desk attendant could be a bit more cordial to incoming guests, but perhaps he was pretty tired and ready to get off from work. I didn't arrive until about 10 pm.
