"Exceptional service from the entire staff. The owner personally walked us around the entire property and shared valuable information about the area, which made our stay even more special. We were running late for check-in, but the front desk staff thoughtfully checked on us and waited to ensure we arrived safely.

"We liked the convenience and closeness the condo was to where we wanted to visit. Our kids loved the stairs and loft. The home is not as well appointed as most rentals we have stayed at. The bathroom shower smelled like mildew and the shampoo, conditioner, body wash was not refilled and near empty. Towels provided smelled like someone forgot to dry them/ not fresh. "The upstairs heat did not work when I brought it to attention nothing was done about it. The house is very cold the heating is not adequate. There were dirty wine glasses in the cabinet. They were covered in red wine and lip stick. There was not enough hot water for one person to take a 5 minute shower.
The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood would be great for summertime. "

"Property itself is old and vintage, but well maintained and organized.Some decorations stuffs are broken ,out of date and took space .
Furniture needs to be replaced with modern style.Location is awesome.Overall experience with the price tag is satisfactory with smooth communication and easy check in and out with no issues."
