"Breakfast was nice. Our room had big bathtub, it was my favorite.Staff were kind and parking was next to the hotel. However, AC was little old and cars were loud outside. Outside eating places were close in Little Italy. Totally this hotel was good to stay."

"We've stayed at Ulysses several times over the years. For the first time we experienced a room without central AC. Our room had a small window unit that was not nearly adequate to keep the room cool during the 100º weather. Sleep was difficult. In the future, in the heat of the summer, I may plan to stay elsewhere."

The downside was the refrigerator wasn’t working properly, our room was not vacuumed during our 5 day stay and weren’t made aware the option to have a microwave for the stay for an additional $10."

"Love the room. We got a suite with a pull out sofa with a separate kitchen and sitting space. Parking valet is a must. There is a parking structure close by but you’re better off paying that small hotel fee than to try to find parking for your vehicle. Entrance to the front of the hotel is small so pay attention to the turn in or you might have to drive all the way around to get back to the front of the entrance. "This is my “go to” hotel now that my daughter will be attending school there. The desk staff is GREAT! Very welcoming & friendly. The rooms are clean. I had an issue with the tv & phone not working properly, but someone came to fix it right away. Breakfast is simple & good. There were hot & cold items. I have no complaints. The valet parking with PNC although inside the hotel is not part of the hotel. If it wasn’t so much cheaper than the parking lot I’d say pass on that, but most of the staff...

"I was in town to see a concert and was unable to check into my room at 3p when normal check in was. You had to wait in two hour line just for them to take your number and call you later when a room was ready. I decided to leave and check in after the concert. When I got back, after another 45 minute wait, I was finally able to check in. I went to open the door to my room and a teenage girl was sleeping on one of the beds. I would never use this hotel again"

"Was one of the cheapest hotels to book for a night for a concert. Hotel had an odor. Our room did not smell anything like cigarettes but a musty old smell. Room was on 1st floor so did not have to go up the staircase. Room was meh. There was 1 small baby roach in the bathroom that of course ruined my night. Bed was comfortable. Bring your own pillows. I probably would not stay again"

Horrible customer service yelled at my child for sitting on her friends lab because they had no rooms ready and no seats available, disgusting hallway, dirty room, and our door wouldn't even close from the hallway. Emailed Wyndham and asked for a refund. We didn't even end up staying."
