"I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room."

"Clean & comfortable. There was only a keurig, no drip coffee maker as listed. The bathrooms were located off both bedrooms, so not the most convenient. Finding the garbage chutes on floors 1-18 were nearly impossible! Our instructions said "behind an unmarked door" and I didn't see any, all doors were locked, I ended up going out back to the dumpster. Only one fob was provided when the listing mentioned two. The ice maker in the fridge did not work but it was like that when I arrived. Bags of...

"Great setting right on the water. You can walk out the door and be on the path that runs around the Inner Harbor. Easy self park across the street. Room was very quiet. We had an upgraded corner room with a view of the water and enjoyed it tremendously. The extra space made it a very comfortable place to hang out when we weren’t outside."

"Okay for a quick stay. Rely on your own amenities (soap, towels) because theirs looked kinda sketch and are in small quantity. Overall not bad but I wouldn’t stay here for longer than 2 days."

"We do not recommend this hotel. The overall vibe is creepy meets dated meets dirty. The first room we were assigned reeked of cigarette smoke. We were given a new, larger room. But the bathroom in the second room had a terrible mildew smell. The wallpaper in the room was peeling and the furniture and bedding is extremely low quality/uncomfortable. The food in the restaurant was not edible. The server was nice, but seemed apologetic about the quality of the food."

"The hotel seemed as if it needed a little bit of a wash and freshen up. We had two TVs in our room and neither one worked. The valet also lost our AirTag. The valet manager was amazing and replaced it right away which was super kind of her."
