"Gave us a shuttle bus service from the train station and fixed problem as soon as possible such as a failed security deposit box and gave a breakfast-to-go since the restaurant opened later than we can use."

"My stay here far exceeded my expectations and I did wonder whether there was anything else I would suggest, but there was nothing I would add. As a solo traveller I found the hotel to be very accommodating and would return here with friend and family. The breakfast was good and had options for different dietary requirements, although if you’re vegan it may be worth double checking ingredients with the team. Everyone was so well mannered and helpful. At times, it felt like I was using the facilities for the first time as they were so clean. There is no air conditioning but I didn’t find this to be a problem at all in warmer weather as the room stayed quite cool naturally. The spa was barely used and I found the experience so peaceful. Well done to the team here! "

My flight was delayed due to a plane crash at Toronto airport, and without me even asking, they adjusted my reservation by a day to accommodate the delay—truly above and beyond service. The food is absolutely spectacular, the spa is amazing, and the views? Breathtaking. The rooms are luxurious, with massive 700 sq. ft. suites overlooking the Alps—pure perfection. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful escape from city life or a first-class experience in the mountains, this is the place to be. I’m appalled by any criticism of the owners.
