Great place to explore the activities of Grindelwa

We only stayed one night while exploring all the fun activities of Grindelwald. Perfect location. Beautiful views and a great room for a family of 4. Very comfortable temperature at night. Both dinner and breakfast was excellent. They accommodated my gluten allergy very well.

Perfect hotel in the the perfect place

Hotel location is perfect to enjoy the alps, either if it's things to do and enjoy quietly. Restaurant is very convenient and the place is very conformable. I'll definitely use again if I have the chance.

Amazing property. The driving up was a bit disconcerting with the single lane road shared with the trot bikes coming down but it was worth it. The views are amazing and the rooms were great. The dinner in the restaurant was worthy of fine dining. 100% would recommend.

Amazing mountain hotel with amazing views

Amazing hotel with views of mountain peaks, glaciers, and nature! There’s a restaurant on site with great food and breakfast is included. Room is well designed and fit 6 of us easily. Bathroom is remodeled and has great shower. Parking was available for free and you can drive up or take the gondola. There’s a large playground that the kids loved! You have easy access to the gondola to get up to first mountain or down to Grindewald.

This is a great place to stay ! great views from the room and hotel deck. very clean rooms and up to date bathrooms . Alot of fun taking the FIRST gondola to the hotel. highly recommend this hotel!

A lovely view from the top of the mountain were the hotel was situated very close to nature as we was looking for, I recommend the hotel vor everyone who love the nature as it is. Definitely I will return to those places!!

Grindelwald Mountain Inn

Beautiful stay halfway up the mountain. You can drive up to it, which we did. Road is paved but very narrow and you have a lot of bikes coming down during the day. You can also take the gondola, First. Hiking is fantastic. Peaceful and solitary at night. Restaurant is great.

Great sleep and view, cosy, welcoming staff and atmosphere. One stop with Grindelwald First cable car (Bort). Accessible by car. Had the room with separate private bathroom opposite the bedroom, would book it again.

Beautiful location and spectacular views. Nice and clean facilities with a modern twist on a traditional aesthetic. Great breakfast. The only dinner option is the hotel but it is good and has a kids menu. We had our own clean, modern bathroom, but it was down the hall from our room (not an issue just wanting others to be aware). Note if you don’t drive to the hotel, you have to pay for the gondola.

Super clean room, one gondola ride to the hotel do not hike to it. Take the trotti bike down on the way back
