Best hotel!!!!!
It was my birthday whilst I was away and the hotel kindly (without asking) gave me a birthday cake with a bottle of Champagne and two glasses for my partner and I! The staff are very generous and kind, and overall a very good stay as we were a 5 second walk from the beach.
It would’ve been better in the summer where the swimming pool would be in service to use, but I cannot complain.

The area/location - right across the street from the beach - was fabulous. We requested an ocean front view and it was worth it. The housekeeping staff did a bad job cleaning our room each day, not even vacuuming the rug esp. under the bed nor were the floors swept. The beds are very, very hard and the pillows too thin.

Sehr spärliche Ausstattung der Zimmer, unangenehmer Geruch im Bad (Kanalisation), Internet funktioniert fast gar nicht, Aufzüge schlecht eingestellt (fahren planlos hoch/runter, man verbringt 5min im Aufzug um vom 5.stock zum Erdgeschoss zu gelangen, sowie lange Wartezeiten)

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, todo fue bueno, el personal del hotel muy amables todos, diferente a otros países donde estuvimos donde el trato al turista es muy despectivo como Alemania o Polonia.

Everything was wonderful, except for the room. The great restaurant, grand location, and friendly staff couldn't quite make up for the noisy toilet, uncomfortable bed, and whatever electronic device in the room shone green light on us all night long.

There's no iron available. As tourists we did not carry an iron, and in two different occasions we requested one, it never came or was delivered to the room. The bed had a humid-funky smell. The hotel overal is nice and served its purpose, the bar and breakfast were phenomenal and we highly enjoyed it.

Zimmer mit Meerblick kostet zwar extra ist es aber Wert. Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Auswahl am Marmelade und Konfitüre bieten. Kaffee dauert. Die Bar auf dem Hoteldach ist leider geschlossen.

This is a run down hotel in a noisy part of town. There is a strange smell throughout. It is not a 4 star. The rooms have seen better days and it is in need of a renovation. Paint on bathroom tiles is coming off, walls in bedroom are scuffed, wardrobes falling to bits.

Bel accueil et tranquillité. Hôtel bien situé sur la rive sud de Lisbonne, près des plages. Aller à Lisbonne avec le traversier est agréable et économique, ayant plusieurs fréquences.
Accès à une buanderie tout près pour voyager plus léger.

Nice stay-shame about the weather though
Just back from Costa Da Caparica. Overall a good stay, Unfortunately the UK was sweltering in 32 degree heatwave and we had rain mist and hailstones for much of the 10 days. Not too much to do outside the town but we found the best way for a couple to get to Belem was an Uber to the port (about 5 euro then a return fare on the ferry across). The half board option includes wine with dinner which was nice. Very good satellite TV in the room with lots of channels in English, Bar meals very reasonable too

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön gegenüber dem Meer, allerdings ist es schon ein bisschen älter und auch ein bisschen abgewohnt. Der Service war gut!

The property and the area around it is very loud. Especially during the sleeping hours. The beds are like sleeping on cots. Very uncomfortable there fine for a day or two but anything past that they’re just very uncomfortable. The lobby is very nice. However the carpeting throughout the room floors and the hallways need to be replaced. They’re dirty and stained very unappealing for a four-star plus hotel I’ve stayed in many Wyndham locations, and this one could be taken care of better.
