Natalia the other host is great and went out of her way to help us. Room was supposedly sound proof. While it did impede some of the noise we could still hear people walking by especially late into the early morning hours. "

"This is a fair experience. This accomodation is an 8-room guesthouse -not a hotel in the traditional sense. It advertises as bed-and-breakfast but there is no breakfast. It’s main pro is its superb location, just few steps from Siena’s main square. Also, its manager is really customer oriented and tries his best to make you feel comfortable. Things to improve: its a/c doesn’t really cool due to room size and door/windows unsealed. The bathroom is extremely unsafe. Yet i recommend it for solo or...
