"We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Vivid Grand Island. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, clean, modern, and well-maintained with a great overall vibe. The staff was outstanding from start to finish: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The food was very good with plenty of options, and the drinks never stopped, service around the resort was fast and consistent, and the bartenders were great. "We had a great time and enjoyed all the food. We came just to stay the night and relax before our flight but it was nice spot and everyone was friendly and helpful. The check in experience is top tier. One thing to note is that there’s not much entertainment. If you’re looking for that you’ll need to do tours. I think a game room or similar would’ve been nice. Todo fue excelente, excepto en el restaurante Azul, donde el mesero trataba muy bien a los turistas, pero a nosotros, que hablábamos...

"Beautiful hotel and a safe and secured new Marina area. the rooms are very spacious and modern and well equipped. Breakfast was served either inside or on the terrace overlooking the ocean. Nice pool and beach access with the beach club and food and drink service. I’ll definitely recommend the hotel."
