"Everything was great. All the staff from every area were so nice. They make you feel welcome as soon as you get there. I would like to mention Esteban aka “speedy” his help and service was amazing. Also, at the pool bar Eduardo gave us an amazing experience, he is one the best bartenders we have ever met. We would be back soon for sure. "

"We did not have a good experience this time around. On our first day we complain about the shower not working correctly and or fridge was not stocked. Maintenance came out and did say shower was not working. They moved us room 455 to 855 with a horrible view. The following day the call us to the front desk and insisted we pay for a broken television and a crack phone. Wow! Mind you we didn't get into our room till 8pm. They told me and my wife we were to pay $500 US dollars or the police would...

"Our stay overall was ok, but there are a few details missing. Let’s start with the PROS: the staff was great! Super friendly specially at the front desk, very helpful, smiling all the time. The rooms are very nice. Very very clean hotel overall. We really liked that. Breakfast buffet is very good too. We had a couples massage at the spa and it was the best. "The staff at this resort is great."

"Beach was great but there was construction from 8am-10pm it was no bueno One pool very small But the staff were were very nice to us as it was our honeymoon and the food was excellent Our room had a window into the hallway which was weird and the air condition made giant puddles on the floor. They were stingy about what we wore to the buffet no tank tops (odd for Mexico but again the food was great) Lots of ways they were trying to upsell which I don’t like personally "

" All is well until the hotel decided to host Passover for about 1500 people that were coming in and started shutting down our accommodations. We ended up with three restaurants left on our last two days because they were accommodating the group coming in. They also forgot about their regular guest and were more attentive for the ones coming in, which was very disappointing."
