"On first inpression dark entrance dirty dining room glass doors and mirror. Up stairs banister needed a good dusting. Into bed room no bin in b room and bathroom one had no insert. No protective stuff on beds and pillows. Stuff under beds and plenty of dust. This is not a hotel nor a b an b as they rent rooms out for the homeless. They were lovely pleasantl people who spoke. "Great location, friendly staff, decent room. The only problem we had was very loud room neighbours. They didn’t let us sleep until 3 am."

"We were very happy with this accommodation, location to Golden Palm - excellent. Love the ducks roaming free!! We attended a motorcycle event based at the Golden Palm. Chip shop 2 mins away and breakfast Cafe- JT's over the road. Couldn't be better for a cheap as chips weekend away!!"
