"Nice big rooms and nice grounds outy"

"Was very pleased with our stay. The staff when we arrived was not going to let us check in 15 mins early (even tho our room was ready) unless we had an IHG rewards number, which was annoying. But the place was clean and the breakfast was great. Our room would not get cooler than 78 degrees and the front desk employee named Thomas was amazing. He was very helpful trying to get it figured out, and when we couldn’t he allowed us to move to diff/better rooms at no expense to us. Was very thankful for that. "

"Excellent / effortless check in. Engaged and personable staff. Our room was just what we had hoped although if i had any gripes it was: 1) water pressure in the shower was quite extreme 2) no fan in bathroom so extremely steamy and 3) no continental breakfast or options (limited to cafe) was a bit of a blow BUT these were overall minute complaints for our overnight stay. "
