If you just want a basic room, decent pillows which can be hard to find, this is for you. And no construction workers slamming doors when they leave at 3am. Very pleased."

"We stay at Home2Suites whenever we travel if possible because we are always very happy with our stay. We went to Cincinnati with another couple for an overnight getaway and everything was great until we got up this morning and went down for breakfast at 7 a.m when breakfast was supposed to start. The breakfast area was not open and the room was dark. The front desk staff acted like they hadn't realized it and noticed that the breakfast staff hadn't reported to work. They attempted to contact...

"The air conditioner was the old radiator type, and very noisy. It kept waking me up. I have never had a hotel room that small. I took pictures, because there were two walls that had gashes in them(holes). The bottom front panel on the dishwasher was falling off, and there was a very visible stain on the curtain.and the bed skirt only partly on and had visibly tattered"

"Our room was clean, however there was a mildew y smell from the carpet and the sofa. I asked the main desk for air freshener, which they provided, which helped. The front office staff at night was not particularly welcoming, but the ladies who were on duty During the day were very helpful. "

"There were 3 birthday party’s occupying the pool so we weren’t able to use the pool. The bathroom didn’t have a fan. The staff was nice. "
