"This property is awesome!! The hotel is beautifully decorated with large glass windows and doors that leads you to a large deck with a beautiful view of the Rock and the lake . There is large hot tub on the deck which was great . The breakfast they delivered and served in our Chalet was delicious . There were 6 of us , there were 2 queen size beds in the bedroom and a queen size bed pullout bed in the living room , only drawback with that is the living room doesn’t have a black out curtains...

"I will start off saying the view was amazing. Nothing else is good. The place is a house that is mismanaged and filthy. It's not a resort. There is garbage and junk all over. See pics. Our room was never cleaned and had dirty sheets. We insisted that they changed the sheets. No restaurant. No parking. We parked at a neighboring property, Gretel.No access to the water. No breakfast although it was supposed to be included"

"Made the reservation in Expedia and when we got to the property they said it was already taken, nobody help you from the property and also didn’t take any responsibility at all, their response was rude and didn’t care at all that we arrived at night and didn’t have any place to stay, they booked the room to multiple customers to have the best $$$ for them and then acted like the reservation didn’t exist, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! "This place was what we needed for a few days. Relaxing in the mountains 20 minutes from the airport of Jose Maria Cordova Medellin. I've been to the city and love Medellin, but it gets a bit hectic at times and this place allows some perfect R&R with an incredible view of the Andes mountain range. It's private and safe and overall a great experience from the jacuzzi on the patio to the great bathroom. The overall attentiveness of the staff made the stay even more welcoming and incredible....
