"Stayed Sun to Mon over bank hol wkend. Billed as a spa hotel in country so we thought we would relax. ...But the calamity of errors begun. I would not stay here again. Beautilul venue in a lovely setting, ruined by servises, staff, facilities with a "no can do" attitude."

"We had a one night dinner, bed and breakfast stay at this pretty old coaching inn in the centre of Midhurst. The room was comfortable and clean, the pool and spa were excellent and the staff were helpful. While the quality of the food in the restaurant was good, unfortunately the service at both dinner and breakfast was poor, and we had to chase our desserts at the evening meal and had a long wait for our cooked breakfasts the following morning. However, this didn't spoil what was a relaxing...
