"Arrived a little before 3pm and were turned away as check-in was 3pm. Evening staff were rude. There was a hockey tournament and alot of players/families staying at the hotel - they were so loud, running up and down hallways, banging on everyone's doors. Parents/coaches getting drunk and loud in the common area. None of the vending machines were working. Pool - we were unable to enjoy it as it was over run by rude, obnoxius teens. Towels in the pool and hot tub. A parent or coach present but...

"We stayed for a tournament and there was so many other teams there but we still found the hotel quiet which was a plus. The breakfast in the morning was great (2 kinds of sausage , eggs , hasbrowns, oatmeal,fruits , pancakes etc) we found the location of the hotel very convenient and close to restaurants and shopping . "

"Unfortunately we had a TV that didn't work as well as the bathtub plug was detached and wouldn't reconnect to the drain. Pur toliet made a running noise all night, and first thing in the morning I had a silverfish bug run across my foot. Unfortunately, the hotel wouldn't offer any reimbursement because I booked with Expedia. The staff was great, but for the price I was not impressed."

"We spent one night there. The room was dirty, hair from the previous occupants, was still in the bath tub. Looked like someone vomitted on the carpet and not cleaned up. The toilet didn’t flush, the shower didn’t work well. The blow dryer kept falling off the wall when you closed the door. The heater was so loud that you couldn’t sleep. The breakfast had nothing except hard boiled eggs, two types of yogurt, two types of cereal and those weren’t good. Kids running in the halls past midnight. We...

"Great place to stay, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Only negative was they had a sports team there and they were running up and down the halls all night nd banging on the floor above us. Could not sports teams be put to one end of the hotel on the bottom floor away from other guests? This has happened at other Best Westerns we've stayed in too."

"Decent rooms, the heating system clicking on/off in the night is disturbing though and when on it is on the louder side. Staff were lovely and kind. The attached restaurant is delicious. The pool is heated and the hot tub hot, appreciated those things in addition to the early hours of use. "

"Overall, the service was great & I would stay here again. The room was spacious and clean. …Efficient, friendly staff. The pullout guest bed could have been made up in a more tidy manner. The main bed was excellent. I would have preferred less disposable dishware with the breakfast service (otherwise, a satisfying breakfast service). Thanks Comfort Inn!"
