"Kinn Guesthouses are a great place to stay if you don’t mind no front desk and coded entries. We’ve found them to have large rooms which are tastefully decorated, comfortable and quiet. The common area is stocked with teas, coffee and breakfast cereals which you can use. Be sure to contact property directly before you arrive for entry code. "Nice, spacious room. Very clean for the most part (a couple of large pieces of lint on the floor and the bed). Nice selection of food for breakfast. Didn’t have time to utilize any of the other amenities, but they looked clean and attractive. I would recommend."

"There is a bar in the building that is loud until midnight. The parking fee was higher than the site warranted. The sofa couch was not suitable for any over 5' tall. It all depends on the room you get in terms of the experience. I would not stay there again, as it was more costly and had little to recommend it. No microwave in the room. Fridge froze my food overnight, making it useless and uneatable. NOT appropriate if you cannot walk up steps easily. I think a regular hotel room would have...
