"The property was clean and the staff at breakfast were very polite and Helpful. Front was very helpful and loaned a charger for my stay. Good location and food was good. If you could add a pasta dish for bar food that would be good. Updating needed in lounge area and lifts. Excellent place to stay."

"Excellent location! Clean, good beds and good shower. Walkable to almost everything. Responsive to any needs right away. Appliances could use english manuals as instructions were confusing. Great to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Towel changes provided are nice to have. Thought we were booking the unit with the pool but ours did not have one. Make sure you are choosing the right apartment when booking. "

"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"Nice place, more of a personal feel. They bring you breakfast to your room on a big tray. The place was large two bedroom too bad. Staff was very friendly. If you come late, it’s kinda hard getting the code. Their staff is only there until 3 PM.. There is probably only 10 rooms. there is no parking on the property. You either have to park on the street if you can find a place or in a public parking garage which we did."

"If I could ask for a refund I would. I am a seasoned traveler with more than 30 years traveling more than 30 countries. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is by far the worst place I have stayed in. Not sure why it was recommended by Expedia. Dirty sheets, breakfast is old and stale (every day is the same food from previous days), and not fresh. You can to serve it yourself and there's not sanitary conditions. Bathroom was shared and dirty. Saw roaches. Lady even asked me to help her...

"Early check-in was requested & I was told I would be notified. We arrived 1 hour prior to check-in & maid told us we could go in however when we tried to access code wouldn’t work. I called & was told the room needed to be reviewed. We waited outside for someone to review however no one ever came. Code worked at 3pm (check-in time). Very disappointed even more disappointed that refrigerator wasn’t cleaned properly (awful smell) & one of the pillows was dirty. Had to wait for an hour for someone...
