"Check-in wasn’t sure what kind of room we had and told us to go check the room for ourselves. When we went up to our room, it only had 2 single beds. We reserved a

room with 3 beds. After travelling for 30+ hours to get there, we were told to wait for another 30minutes to make up another room. Hard on the

when it was already 9pm. We had stayed at this hotel a couple of months earlier, paid for a cheaper room and it was nicer. Not really a hotel for families… :("

"Great location, and really nice rooms with the French balcony. The room was clean and had all I needed for my stay. Great staff that will help you with all your questions and give you a warm welcome feeling when you check in. The only disturbance I notice is that you can hear the noise from corridor or other room but it was small disturbance as this is small hotel with not so many guest. I will definitively come back to this hotel if I'm in Alcala. "

"Great stay over all nice and clean. Area is perfect if you have little ones Beautiful morning walks with playground along the way. Staff was good but not very welcoming a Simple “hi, good morning” would help but when you walk in they look at you and continue to what ever they were doing "

"If you dislike being trapped in a hotel room, then this is the place for you. Self catering but with the enhanced security of being in a supervised complex. Plenty of parking for a vehicle. The staff were outstandingly good. Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, all deserve a mention for their efficiency, courteousness and politeness. No complaints at all. Thank you for an enjoyable 8 day stay. "
