"The hotel is beautifully clean and looks stunning, but it really lacks atmosphere. It definitely caters more to an older clientele. I stayed here with my 5-year-old son, and honestly, there just wasn’t anything for us to do as a family. The main pool isn’t heated, and although I was told the children’s pool was, it was absolutely freezing. The only heated pool is the adults-only one (18+), which feels really limiting when you’re travelling with a child. There’s no proper kids’ club either, just a small room with a few toys, which isn’t quite what you’d expect. The rooms don’t come with irons, and I was told I couldn’t have one in the room. Instead, there’s a shared ironing room, but it’s on the complete opposite side of the hotel. Having to walk all that way with a child is really inconvenient—at the very least, there should be facilities on both sides. The information about beach access is also a bit misleading. The direct access is actually at their sister hotel, not this one. The steps down are very long and not suitable for elderly guests, those with disabilities, or families with young children. That said, Vanessa was incredibly helpful and took us over to the other hotel, and the beach itself is absolutely beautiful."

"This was a nice stay but I don’t think up to 5* standard. The service was bad at most restaurants and the food beyond the breakfast buffet was over-priced and average. This may well be advertising but the pools are freezing in April, so just a warning! The hotel is super modern and has comfortable facilities, but it lacked the luxury touch for us."

"I was booked in for the hotel which was close to the beach. But apparently they had two hotels which i booked was a bit far away from the beach so i had to pay extra for the one close to beach which was a superior room. The bed was two single beds attached for a superior room. But the staff told me that he will get it sorted the next day. But they didn’t. So basically as couple we had sleep in different cots. Also the air conditioning was the worse. It was very warm in the room even after bringing the air conditioning to low and the sound from the fan was horrible. I couldn’t get a proper sleep. The breakfast, the view and the soundproofed rooms were fantastic. "

The restaurants were so nice to have available, we were sad the pizzeria was closed the whole time we stayed but the snack bar was excellent! "
