This property is located in a beautiful area with restaurants near by, nevertheless the only big problem is that the restaurant lacks electronic payments that I don’t understand, but the reception has one, don’t know why I can grasp the reason.

Ok I know this is a 3 star hotel but the beds and pillows are the worse I have ever experienced at any hotel. Hard bed and the thinnest pillows ever. We upgraded to “all inclusive” but only breakfast was included at this hotel. Even though they have a snack bar with drinks and snacks available, we were told we’d have to pay or take a shuttle to one of there 4 other hotels in the area to eat or drink. Ridiculous policy. The staff were all great and the property is well maintained however everything is very old and in need of renovations.

There seemed to be a lot if rules. The fridge in my room was very noisy. When I complained, the response was to unplug it at night. Not a favorable response as i was ataying for 25 days, so had food in the fridge

Check in and Check out was easy and straightforward. Studio apartment was cosy as expected but clean and well appointed and equipment all worked. The aircon was an absolute godsend! Think that it would benefit with wifi access in the rooms. It's available in the public/reception areas but couldn't see a signal in the room/apartment itself. Would definitely book again next time we return to the Algarve.

Satisfactory accommodation about a 15 minute walk to the main part of town "The Strip". It has "limited servicing" so you get one soap for the whole length of your stay and the towels changed/bed made every second day.

Relaxing and fun

It's a great place to stay. Would highly recommend it. The staff are very friendly. It's lovely and private there. Only s short drive to the strip and old town is amazing great food and music.

Amazing place with everything nearby you need. A cheap cab ride gets you to more shopping and restaurants and return is so easy with a convenient cab area to get you back to the hotel. A bit of a walk to the beach but worth every second.

Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Ich kann mich den vorangegangenen Bewertungen anschließen. Schön ein wenig außerhalb deshalb Auto empfohlen. Alles sauber schöne kleine Anlage nicht top modern dafür für die Preisklasse absolut top. Betten auch sehr gut u nicht zu weich. Wer Luxus sucht sollte mehr bezahlen u 5 Sterne wählen.

Muito bom!!!! Os quartos são confortáveis e acolhedor. O ideal é alugar um carro pois para sair à noite e par chegar ao movimento à noite você gasta mais ou menos uns 20 minutos de carro. Gostamos muito de tudo principalmente dos centro de Albufeira.

Quiet- much needed R and R

Lovely accommodation closes enough to all the facilities of Albufeira but far enough out to give peace and quiet. Family run business - all staff couldn't be more helpful.

Excellent facilities in quiet strong but also easily walkable into the main tourist areas. Only downside was having deliberately picked pay whilst there the accommodation took 50% of the price of the stay on booking.

Le seul point négatif pour moi c’est Que compte tenu qu’il y a une cuisinette, il devrait y avoir du savon à vaisselle pour laver notre vaisselle car ce n’est pas les femmes de ménage qui le font. Un minimum serait apprécié comme,sel et poivre. A noter que le dimanche il n’y a pas eu de nettoyage à la chambre et j’en ai pas été avisé. Bon rapport qualité -prix

Quiet location small friendly hotel apartments.

A week was too short. Accomodation was just right. Location close to Albuferia town where restaurants and bars were walkable distance. Beach during the day where parasailing had to be done followed by some food and sangria. Strip at night including more sangria and good Portuguese food. Hotel staff fantastic and they catered for alll needs.Arrived at night and was met by security staff which was 100 percent which continued throughout the week leaving us feeling very secure. Our appartment was close to pool but still had privacy, fantastic layout of the appartments overlooking pool area but not too intrusive. We felt at ease all the time. The staff were lovely and very accomodating and advised us on several matters throughout the week regarding sightseeing and taxis. I would definately return .

Average hotel - not good for groups

We arrived at hotel reception after a long mornings travelling only to be lectured by hotel staff about noise levels, coming home late and how our room was to be kept. We found this quite condescending and unnecessary. The manager in particular was very insistent on this matter. We arrived at the pool bar for lunch, not expecting 5 star cuisine, but at the same time not expecting the sub-standard food which was, for the quality of it, over priced. We were reluctant to eat here again, deciding to go to neighboring hotels or cook for ourselves in future. Our biggest complaint was arriving home on the first night. We were met by an angry night watch man Antonio, who repeatably questioned us on who we were, how many were in our group, and then bringing two of us to reception after refusing to believe that we were a party of four guys, insisting that there were two guys ad two girls in our room. After admitting his mistake, he followed us to make sure we went to out room (as he did every night). Kind of felt like your parents waiting for you coming home at night when you were 14. The staff were the main problem with this hotel, and I felt that had we been a family of four we may have had a different experience. Would encourage any groups of young people to look elsewhere
