Great location to the strip. Nice big rooms complete with large kitchen and bathroom - perfect for 3 or 4 people. Pool area was really good including the bar. Bit of a walk to the beach but not too bad at all. Can be a bit noisy as allows pets but other than that brilliant stay!

1st solo trip

This was my 1st solo trip to Albufeira, but a familiar area as I've stayed at Santa Eulalia many times now. I wasn't expecting the apartment to do be so big as I was staying alone, but it was large enough to sleep 4 people. All rooms were spacious. The sofa bed in the living room did look quite worn, so could do with replacing. The kitchen had all the facilities needed including an oven, stove top, microwave and washing machine. I'm not a fan of shower curtains in hotels, but the shower worked well. The bedroom had 2 single beds. The room did get quite cold and the only form of heating was in the living room. The pillows were very soft, but thats just a personal preference. The reception staff were all friendly and helpful especially Phillipa. I would definitely stay again.

This is a good appartment if you want to be close to the strip of Albufeira, but not stay in the busy area. You are in the street next door Santa Eulália. You can find a lot of restaurants in that street. And you are in ten minutes on the strip. The rooms are nice and big. Cleaning is once in a week. Maybe they should raise that to two times a week. If you behave there will be no costs in the deposit you have to make.

We arrived 2 hours early to the hotel and we were greeted with such an amazing young lady. Luana (I believe that’s how to spell her name). She was so friendly, accommodating & informative. Unfortunately the lady replacing her that evening wasn’t as kind. Let’s start off by stating how disgusting this room was.There was an odor coming from the kitchen. We opened the varanda door and kitchen door to air out the place, the couch arm is broken and stains all over. The walls were dirty, washroom is “clean” but not really clean. Beds were ok as the linens seems cleaned/washed. The soap dispenser in the washroom- empty. We asked for extra bed linen so we could put it on the couch so we could sit down. I returned to the front desk to ask for soap and the lady said she would send her colleague over, I said I would wait at the front desk as I can put it in my washroom. She said no, she said her colleague would do it . I said ok but we are leaving right now as we had reservations to meet with a group. She said well , her colleague finishes work at 9. So I told her - not to worry about the soap, I’ll use my shampoo. The lady asked why can’t her colleague enter the room, I said because I have my work laptops and paperwork and it is confidential. I don’t want anyone in The room. I come back from dinner and there’s a bottle of soup outside my door . Luckily no one took it. The varanda door doesn’t lock, loud music & noise until 2am. Finally I found a security guard get noise controlled

I like because it's a gated hotel and the people in there are absolutely amazing.I was there From february Seventh to the seventeenth I liked it so much that i've already prebooked for next year, only this time stayingfor a month.

Not relaxing holiday

Horrendous. If you want to stay in a party hotel and get drunk all day this is the place for you, however if you want a relaxing holiday I would not book here. Full of brits who are drunk all day long.
