"We are 2 wheelchair travellers and an able bodied caregiver. We stayed in a room with 2 (true) queen beds. I don’t believe this hotel has an accessible suite with two beds. Maybe a sofabed with the king suite room ? But those rooms often get taken by able bodied people :((( and sofa beds are never high enough for quad transfers. Beds were comfortable. Pillows are huge, so not good for side/stomach sleepers. Beds are a bit high for transfers. But manageable for tall or strong quads or...

"I had asked for a room on the top floor and they graciously granted it to us as well as writing a little note stating safe travels and have fun. We arrived at the hotel at 4:30 PM and we’re advised was not ready yet. They said they would call or text as we stated we would go to the restaurant next-door and we never received the call or text. The room was nice enough however, hem on the curtain was hanging down, the towel hanger on the back of the door was spinning, and there was a random torn...
