"Vi syntes hotellet er rigtig godt og vi var meget glade for den service vi fik. Dog er der små steder hvor store forbedringer kan laves. Det er bestemt ikke et 5 stjernet hotel efter vores standard, men hvis man ser på prisen og kvaliteten er det det bedste større hotel i Albanien."

"Great rooms, immaculate, comfortable, air conditioning good when I worked out how to work it. First remote was broken but reception quickly gave me a replacement. Rooms very spacious. Good breakfast selection. They took orders for coffee, the rest was buffet. Very helpful with taxi and directions to chemist due to me being unwell. Beautiful breathtaking views from breakfast table. We would definitely stay here again. Right in centre as well, 20 mins or so walk to the castle, 5 mins from river...
