"The staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful, and I really liked my room. The AC worked very well and kept the room nice and cool. However, during the night, the AC made a strange and uncomfortable noise, and I had to play background music in order to sleep. There are also a few things that could make the room more comfortable. There was no chair in the room or on the balcony. In the bathroom, there were no towel racks or hooks to hang the hand towel or bath towels. The shower curtain also...
