"Die Lage ist perfekt mit kostenlosen Parkplatz. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind freundlich. Leider hatte unser Zimmer ein zugeklebtes Fenster, was sich auch nicht öffnen ließ, Licht kam auch nicht durch. Im Zimmer gab es nur eine Steckdose, zur heutigen Zeit natürlich eher schwierig. Die Dusche ist nach dem Duschen ausgelaufen, wir haben die Mitarbeiter darauf hingewiesen, leider haben sie das Problem nicht behoben. Frühstücksauswahl war okay aber auf die Sauberkeit wird nicht wirklich...

"Goede locatie, op loopafstand van verschillende bezienswaardigheden. Kamer was netjes en schoon. Heel mooi hotel. Goede airconditioner. Badkamer heeft een haardroger en er was een handstomer aanwezig. Personeel was heel behulpzaam. Via het hotel kan een taxi besteld worden naar het vliegveld of als je ergens anders heen wil. Het is wel gehorig en in de avonden kan er hard muziek gedraaid worden vanuit het restaurant dus neem oordopjes mee en dat is verholpen."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Room is spacious and clean. Good air conditioning and close to shops and pick up points for tours. Needs to improve internet access as the connectivity is poor. Improved breakfast more variety of foods and more selection of coffees and hot drinks. Breakfasts time can a little bit early so that not rush when your activities for the day. Overall the hotel is great and good ambiance to stay in Albania. I give the hotel 4 star ratings."

"The location is perfect no doubt instructions to check in all well and good. But we couldn't close the balcony door kept falling at night. Complained next day fair enough the owner sent handy man to fix however it was not fixed and we were unable to sleep as the noise from outside was horrible! When I asked again on Sunday they just said since is a Sunday we cannot send anyone so we literally had 3 sleepless nights during the holiday. Not sure how they dont check the condition of property...
