"We like everything about this property! We travel extensively and I really believe this host offered the “little” details possible. A small candy dish, a booklet full of local information, soft towels, make up towels, nice shower heads, coffee products, etc…. We enjoyed the balcony, recliners and soft bed. Nearby float planes coming and going did make noise that could bother some, but we know those sounds are the price of adventure for others, overall this is a great place to stay!"

"I've stayed here before. This time, pile of cigarette butts on the front stoop. Strange odor. From entry was full of shoes and crap. And the upstairs neighbors were thumping around at 6:30 am and all day, in evening. I couldn't bear to spend another night so I checked into a downtown hotel instead. I'll never be back."

"This was a good apartment to use as a base in Anchorage. A down side is that it’s @ 1.5 blocks from Minnesota Park where there was a lot of drug activity. It rained the day we left & everyone had cleared out of the park so maybe it was just a late summertime thing."
