"I was disappointed with the service at the reception. The two female staff members were unfriendly and had very unpleasant facial expressions. Their attitude clearly showed a lack of hospitality and professionalism. They spoke to us in a rude tone and seemed irritated, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Good service starts with a positive attitude, especially in the hospitality industry. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations. "

"Warm friendly welcome which continued throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was courteous and helpful without exception. Management should be proud. Room was very comfortable and clean with all the amenities you would expect from a top class hotel. The breakfast was outstanding. You can literally choose whatever you want from an extensive menu. There didn’t seem to be a limit other than your appetite. The hotel is well situated for all the major sites, an easy drive to the beach and surrounded by restaurants so you aren’t just limited to those in the hotel. Unfortunately we had to call the doctor out, but Iresha couldn't have been more kind and helpful. Would highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Abu Dhabi. "
