Amazing hotel in the city centre of Abu Dhabi. I recommend as they also have some great restaurants. The coffee bar in the lobby also served the best coffee in town!

What I was most satisfied with was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and my request for a late check-out on the last day was handled very generously, which I truly appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

a gem of a hotel in a great location, centrally locate, not too far from many of the main attractions. The super friendly staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable. would go back there any time

The5 x dining restaurants are very good , the Irish bar with live music and sky sports is great. The staff throughout are very helpful and friendly. I stayed in the Suite Room and it was very nice.. Although there were some facilities like Gym & Spa not available on site due to the improvement works being carried out, everything else was superb there. Staff members at Reception, Valet parking and in their restaurants were simply amazing and went above and beyond their usual service level. Collectively they all made sure our stay was comfortable and attended to all our requests and needs. Hannegil, Fatima, Sudip, Abbas & Aasif were all great and been extremely friendly with our family ! Would love to visit again in future...

In general, the hotel is of a high standard, and the staff, especially during breakfast service, were excellent. However, the carpet in our room was stained. An unexpected incident occurred when I mistakenly entered the wrong room, thinking it was mine. I was able to open the door with my key card, which should have only granted access to my assigned room. I reported the matter to the reception staff, and while he did replace the key, he didn't seem surprised by the mistake. He handled the situation as if it were a routine issue, which I found unacceptable.
