"Loved staying in this old charming hotel with a fun vintage elevator. Staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast was very good and served in a lovely breakfast room."
"The room was very nice and the staff attentive and kind. Definitely a more removed experience from the hustle of Alexandria.
Stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea"
"Hotel has very large rooms, mine was around 17m long, but shower cubicle was less than a metre, which didn't make sense. Shower was unpredictable and only once did I feel comfortable to continuous warm water. Hotel advertises 2 swimming pools, but there is only one, outside one which is not heated. Also advertises a SPA, which never worked and the person who I eventually found in the health suite did not want to discuss reasons and actually walked away. Beach is a good 10 minutes walk away, the walk is not pleasant as you have to walk on the road which is very dusty, walk past a number of stray cats and dogs, fight your way through traffic etc. Beach is very nice though, but you need to pay to go onto it. Lot of local take aways bt you need to be good in speaking Arabic to get what you want. Hotel occupies only the first floor and the 11th floor, the rest of the building seems deserted. wi-fi is also poor between the floors and you frequently lose connections. at times for over an hour. One day there was no wi-fi, only found this out by asking what was wrong. "
"Amazing experience at Hilton Green Plaza! The location is super convenient inside the mall, the rooms are spotless and cozy, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the whole stay felt relaxing and comfortable. I’ll definitely come back next time I visit Alexandria!"
